Year after year 100's of the same wedding professionals and reception sites participate in our events for the exposure and a way to book business. Over 300 Wedding Businesses this year alone will exhibit at our shows. Many of them have been exhibiting with us since the beginning in 1992. Why do they keep coming back? It's how we run our shows, the way we interact with our customers, the attendance and the quality of the brides attending the show. When you exhibit with us we treat you as part of our family. Attendance of Bridal Shows Our attendance of bridal shows varies depending on the location of the event from 50 to 300 brides. Our biggest show ever was 540 brides. It was too big, everyone hated it. You only can meet with so many brides in one given day. Your goal at a bridal show should be to have the time to speak with every bride in attendance. It doesn't do you any good to have brides in attendance just looking to win a door prize and wasting your time. We limit the # of each participating category of wedding business; it does you no good to exhibit at a bridal show with 10 dj companies, 10 photography companies and so on. How many of each vendor in a category depends on the expected turnout of brides. Larger shows will have more of each category. How can I exhibit at an American Bridal Show Event Many of our shows has a waiting list of certain categories of wedding businesses wanting to exhibit. We are adding new shows each season to keep up with the demand from customers.
